The book, Everything but the Coffee: Learning about America from Starbucks, says that Starbucks is killing American traditions because people don't sleep anymore and they never talk about anything. People go to starbucks to relax and get away from the society for a while, they say its "heven away from home". But really its not starbucks thats killing or community its the fact that NOTTHING in life is ever simple theres always something thats alittle challanging.

Google is trying to get the right to submit unpublished books. Google wants to revise its agreement with a large class of authors and publishers to address concerns of copyright and antitrus. They went to court for it but we still dont know how well it will go through.

Two people found died in an apartment in a murder-suicide. This doesn't really connect to anything we are doing in class. This relates to our world around us because this kind of thing happens all the time.


Thesis: In the article Murder-suicide couple were "in domestic relationship" a person murdered someone and then killed themselves because there relationship was on the edge and they got mad at each other and it ended in death.
